How quickly will I hear back? +

Do I need a fully-specified project to contact you? +
Absolutely not. Many of our best projects started as vague ideas scribbled on a napkin. We're happy to help you shape the scope during the discovery call — that's part of the free consultation. The only thing we ask is that you come with a problem you genuinely want solved.
Do you sign NDAs? +
Yes, without hesitation. Send us your NDA template and we'll return it signed within one business day. If you don't have one, we can provide a standard mutual NDA that covers both parties. Your ideas stay yours — always.
Can I visit your office? +
Yes — by appointment. If you're based in Lahore or visiting, email us in advance and we'll schedule a slot. We're happy to walk you through live demos of our products (POS, Helix LIMS, Dental Management) and discuss your project in person over coffee.
Do you work with non-technical founders? +
Almost exclusively. Most of our clients come from non-engineering backgrounds — retail owners, doctors, lab managers, and first-time founders. We're used to translating technical decisions into plain business language and never make you feel out of your depth. You'll always know what we're building and why.
